Designed to crimp Hydraulic Hoses in the horizontally position this unit comes standard with 9 sets of dies.
These standard dies will give you the range to crimp from 6mm up to 50 mm (1/4" up to 2")
Approx. 200pcs per hour production rate
The CRIMP450 hose crimping machine is equipped with a computer numerical control system, ensuring fast and high-quality crimping. It boasts exceptional crimp accuracy, powerful force, low noise, and user-friendly operation. The machine's double inclined plane eight-flap mould seat, coupled with a high-accuracy guiding device, ensures even mould base division. Primarily used for high-pressure hydraulic hose assembly crimping in mechanical engineering, it can also handle steel pipes, particularly large and irregular ones. With its compact and portable design, the machine offers significant force, minimal noise, and effortless operation. The scale allows precise adjustment of the buckling amount, ensuring a consistent mould base division using the double inclined plane eight-flap mould seat with its high-accuracy guiding device.

Installation and Operation
1. Please add approximately 70 liters of Grade 46# anti-abrasion hydraulic oil. If the room temperature is below 10°C, it is necessary to add 10% transformer oil. Ensure that the electric source is properly connected according to the machine requirements, making sure that the motor rotation direction aligns with the indicated direction. Additionally, remember to implement grounding protection measures.
The buckling amount is regulated by the scale. Clockwise regulation decreases buckling, while anticlockwise regulation increases it. The scale is connected to the oil cylinder end cover using three socket head screws and three springs on the scale base. By manually pulling the scale (in a vertical direction relative to the oil cylinder end cover), it can easily disengage from the end cover. Releasing it allows the scale to spring back into place. Before powering on the machine, carefully check if the scale telescopes smoothly and if the lead connection is secure.
Align the primary and secondary scales precisely, ensuring they are 0 lines apart. Monitor all machine actions closely to confirm normal operation. If a crawling phenomenon occurs during the reciprocating movement of the piston, unscrew the bleed screw on top of the oil cylinder to release any trapped air.
The buckling pressure and opening mould pressure can be adjusted using two knobs located at the back of the oil cylinder (refer to the figure). By turning the knobs clockwise, the pressure increases, and by turning them anticlockwise, the pressure decreases. Please note that the pressure is already properly calibrated before leaving the factory.
Based on the size of the rubber hose to be buckled, select a suitable mould as per the technical parameter reference table of the locking pipe and mount it on the mould base. Regulated well the scale position as per the data in the data in the table, the pipe locking can be done. After pipe locking, use a vernier caliper to measure the outside diameter dimension of the pipe sleeve after buckling to see if it meets the reference table data of the parameter. If it does not meet the data, the scale shall be precisely regulated until it meets the requirements. Because the manufacturers of the pipe sleeve are different, so, specific dimensions, materials, hardness, etc are certainly not the same. These factors would result from different influences on the pipe locking result, therefore, the data in the table is only for reference, the detailed data take the pressure test as the basis.
